Christina joined Sivia Law Firm as an intern in July of 2017 and has worked as a full-time, litigation paralegal since December 2017. She works as a paralegal focusing primarily in litigation matters. Christina has also worked at Memorial Hospital West & East Emergency Room since 2005.
Christina has developed and organized polished legal documents, including motions and briefs, to support litigation processes and court proceedings. Christina also conducts research and investigates case facts.
Additionally, Christina assists with the processes involving settlements, trials, mediations, arbitrations and appeals. She regularly works with Special Process Servers and the Sheriffs Department to obtain service, while also drafting other formal statements.
Through Christina’s medical professional experience as an Emergency Room Unit Secretary for Memorial Hospital she is has become an expert on documenting medical information, case histories and insurance details to help assist the litigation attorney’s claims.
