Paralegal
Jennifer joined Sivia Law in September 2008 and greatly surpassed company objectives by cooperating with staff to implement legal project initiatives. Haynes’ expertise as a paralegal is especially visible within Estate Planning documents; specifically, analyzing deeds of trust to verify grantor, grantee, trustee and loan amounts for executive leadership.
Haynes evaluates multiple facets of substantive law, including property law and bankruptcy. Being with Sivia Law for over 10 years, Jennifer has implemented emergency procedures to save time and spearhead specific legal projects, all while establishing the Firm’s law library database accuracy by maintaining legal records to regulate disparities and perform updates.
She aids Sivia’s legal crews with researching records and documents for case details, as well as write and file pleadings with courts on schedule to maximize case success.
