Sivia Business & Legal Services, P.C. merged with Attorney Jack Humes of Humes Law Office on January 1, 20ll.  Mr. Humes continues to provide legal services to corporations, governmental bodies, and individuals regarding real estate issues, specifically land and right-of-way acquisitions, construction, contracting, and project financing within the community of Edwardsville, Illinois.

In addition to his law practice, Mr. Humes has served on the Board of Directors of YTB International, Inc., a publicly traded company since 2009, and is a United States Merchant Marine Officer, licensed by the U.S. Coast Guard.

Humes has been a board member and past president of the Edwardsville Rotary Club and has been a member of that club for over thirty years.  He presently serves on the Advisory Board of the Friends of Lovejoy Library at  Southern Illinois University Edwardsville
