Todd Sivia

Founder, Todd W Sivia, is an Attorney at Sivia Business and Legal, P.C. Mr. Sivia maintains a significant asset protection practice. He assists his clients in their estate planning and general business needs, including drafting wills and trusts, representing clients in matters such as entity formation and structuring (partnerships, LLC and Corporations, contracts, asset purchases, sales agreements, and probating estates.

Mr. Sivia also handles a variety of real estate sale, acquisitions and exchange matters as well as litigation matters, including condemnation actions, actions to quiet title and boundary line disputes.   Mr. Sivia's relationship with Attorney Title Guaranty allows him to be able to issue title insurance, administer trusts, and reduce the costs of foreclosures for financial institutions.  He also handles creditors’ rights and collection matters for both the debtor and creditor.

Mr. Sivia was one of the rotating Bond County Public Defenders and has experience with traffic, misdemeanor and felony cases.  He is also an Adjunct Professor at Lewis & Clark Community College where he teaches American Government and Saint Louis University School of Law where he teaches Negotiations.  Mr. Sivia also frequently gives seminars to expand client education.
