Jennifer Haynes Paralegal & Office Manager
Jennifer Haynes joined Sivia Business and Legal Services, P.C. in September 2008 as a Paralegal and Office Manager. She supports the firm’s business, estate planning, employment, real estate and transactional practice areas and has developed expertise in incorporating new businesses. She has experience in circuit, appellate, and federal level cases. She communicates with clients on a daily basis keeping them informed of the states of projects and coordinating legal efforts.
Katelyn Overton joined the firm as a litigation paralegal in November 2010. She supports the firm’s real estate, medical malpractice, criminal defense, employment law, personal injury and commercial litigation practice areas. Katelyn has experience in circuit, appellate and federal level cases. She communicates with clients on a daily basis keeping them informed of the states of projects and coordinating legal efforts.
Allison Sutton joined Sivia Business and Legal Services in April 2011 serving as the Marketing Communications Manager. She leads a broad array of marketing efforts including strategy, branding, printed materials and direct mail, online communications, public relations, advertising and client education efforts. Allison also serves as a Graphic Designer where she creates, maintains and implements all promotional items and ad campaigns.
