An LLC is an appropriate business structure for nearly any business, and it provides many of the benefits of both a corporation and a partnership.

Steps To Create An LLC

  1. Pick a name.
  2. Draft articles of organization.
  3. Have a statutory agent with an address in that state.

  5. Deliver the cover sheet and signed copies of the articles of organization to your state’s office secretary of state’s.
